He is survived by: his wife Belen Medina of Alamosa, CO; his children, Bernice Arvizo of Alamosa, CO, Lori Flores (Merced) of Alamosa, CO, Josephine Espinoza of Alamosa, CO, Amalia Garcia (Lupe) of Denver, CO, Amanda Martinez (Jason) of Denver, CO, Benito Medina Jr. of Alamosa, CO and Joseph Medina of Tulsa, OK; his sisters, Joan Gonzales of Georgia and Donna Maez of Alamosa, CO; his half-brothers, Jerry Medina (Suzanna) of Alamosa, CO, Robert Medina of Alamosa, CO, Desiderio Gonzales Jr. (Dolores) of Pueblo, CO and Albert Romero of Capulin, CO; and his close friends, Ross Lobato of Alamosa, CO., Everado Gaxiola of Alamosa, CO. and Billy Martinez of Alamosa, CO.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
