She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Glen, Dewayne, Wanda, Tula and Samuel Elton; her husband Ray Nelson, Jr. (Jake); her father Samuel Blain Rains; her daughters, Susan Kay (Grant) and Sandra Fay (Morse); her grandchildren, Paul Grant, Jennifer Grant, Jonathan Grant and Rebekah Everett (Morse); her niece Christine Rains Kelley; and her caregivers, Tez Woods, Jose Raymundo, Charlotta Mertz and Vena. She was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
