She is survived by: her husband Patrick Grant Chalmers; her children, Duane Chalmers (Susan) of Tulsa, Dudley Chalmers of Broken Arrow and Debbie Chalmers of Farmington, NM; and her grandchildren, Brendan and Ryan Chalmers.
