She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Milligan and Celbra Milligan; her sister Vickie Hern; and her aunts and uncles, Linda Milligan, Wilma Webb (Wayman), Earl Mathews, Ray Baldridge (Lilly) and Alfred Baldridge.
She is survived by: her son John Harrison (Cindy); her brother Glenn Milligan (Janet); her aunts, Hazel Mathews, Ruby Ivy (Ben) and Deloris Baldridge; and her uncle Derrel Milligan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear cousins.
