She is survived by: her former husband Walter Carter; her spouse Chandler Church; her friend Mitzi Hatamiya of Live Oak; her nephew Dr. Chandler Mann; her sons, Craig Carter (Jackie) of Yuba City and Steve Carter (Debbie) of Live Oak; her grandchildren, Clay Carter of Biggs, Drake Carter (Sam) of Live Oak, Thomas Carter of Yuba City and Jaycee Rico (Tyler) of Italy; her sisters, Helen Burk of Live Oak and Barbara Huse of Yuba City; her niece Jackie Harger (David) of Reno; her nephews, Kevin, Brad, Brent, Mark Shires of Yuba City, Tom, Dan Burk and Dr. Chandler Church (Ann) of Texas; her great grandchildren, Raylan, Delilah, Cabela and Brier; and her sister-in-law Janice Mann of Reno.
