He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Miller and Florence A. Miller; his sisters, Carolyn Pence and Charlene Cofield; and his wife Rita.
He is survived by: his friends, Church and Lockman Foundation; his brother Rodney (Donna); his sons, Derek (Dianne), Aaron, Kevin and Eric (Barbara); his grandchildren, Megan, Madison, Taylor, Crystal, Shamus and Darby; and his great grandchild Melaena.
