She was predeceased by: her husband Rick Salvadori; her brothers, Fredrick Bruner and Donald Bruner; and her grandson Nathan Hambly. She is survived by: her children, Tina Salvadori, Holly Hambly (David), Leah Miller (Jimmy) and Timothy Salvadori (Lena); her grandchildren, Richard, Jacob, Allan, William, Emilly, Tydon, Rocklyn, Lucas and Olivia; and her sisters, Marilyn Bruner Howell (Arthur) and Idamay Bruner Abed (Musa).

In lieu of flowers, Barbara requested that memorial gifts be made to Gospel for Asia to purchase water filters for needy families in remote areas.
