He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Blayer Carvalho and Serafina Pereira; and his brother Joe Carvalho. He is survived by: his wife Maria Celeste Carvalho; his brothers, David, Manuel and Anatolio Carvalho; his sons, Daniel Sergio Carvalho (Chrissy Job) and Brian Santos Carvalho; and also, Maria Celeste Santos and Watsonville.
