She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Moncada and Julia Moncada; and her sisters, Ernestine Rodriguez and Virginia Medina. She is survived by: her husband Robert H. Carlon; her children, Robert Carlon of Watsonville and Carol Sutherland (Dennis) of Santa Cruz; her siblings, Anne Munoz, Angie Gomez of Watsonville, Robert Moncada (Jessie) of Watsonville and Ray Moncada (Vicenta) of Salinas; her grandchildren, Christopher Carlon of Savannah, Georgia, Rachelle Hamm of Sutter and Nicole Blossom of Santa Cruz; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Hamm, Gabriella Hamm, Lunden Martisius-Blossom, Kaylah Hamm and Elijah Fierro.
