He was predeceased by: his father Juan Cortes; and his brother Pedro Cortes. He is survived by: his mother Arcelia Veronica; his children, Claudia Carter, Maribel Jimenez, Audry Kodama (Jason Kodama) and Noe Cortes; his grandchildren, Jason, Carlos Jr., Damian, Briana and Jacob; and his brothers, Juan Carlos, Luis Fernando and Alonso Cortes.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a small outside viewing (masks required) will take place January 14th from 3pm to 7pm (Rosary to start at 5:30pm) at Mehl's Colonial Chapel.
