He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Norman Couch and Mildred May Robertson Couch; and his siblings, Lawrence Couch and Loretta Evans. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Kaye Wisner Couch; his friend Jack Jacobson; his children, Thomas Edward Couch (Natalie) and Tracey Elinor Couch Johnson (Duke); his great grandchild Haven Meadow Johnson; and his sister Juanita Rendon DelArroz (Manny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
