She is survived by: her children, Eric James Polk and Belinda Polk Birton; her grandchildren, James Edgar Frizzell and Brittany Marie Frizzell; her great grandchildren, Loralie Taylor Frizzell and Sophia Jaymes Frizzell; her daughter-in-law Emily Frizzell; and her parent-in-law De'Andre Birton, Sr.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
