He is survived by: his wife Elva Fulton; his sons, Kevin Fulton and Timothy Fulton (Carolyn); his stepdaughters, Ronda Smith (Dan) and Robin Butler; his grandchildren, Jacob Smith (Rainy), Shelbie Martin (Brad), Cole Smith (Hayley), Shane Butler, Vivian Fulton and Amelia Fulton; his great grandchildren, Dustin Martin and Connor Martin; and his brother Mark Fulton (Julie).
