He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Pannell (Jo) and Robert Pannell; his sons, Sterling Pannell of Fresno, Jordan Pannell (Sally) of Clovis, Anthony Pannell (Paige) of Layton and Michael Pannell of Miami Florida; and his grandchildren, Akira Pannell, Nathaniel Pannell, Ayden Pannell, Meredith Pannell and Walker Pannell.
He attended church regularly until he contracted Covid 19 in October of 2020.
