He is survived by: his parents, Roy Lee Johnson and Marguerite Johnson; his brothers, Roy and Timothy; his wife Casandra; his children, Scott Jr., Christopher, Cody, Caitlyn, Kaycee, Samantha Stoudt and Rayne Throneberry; and his grandchildren, Ledger, Addison Johnson, Liam and Thomas Tyler.
