She was predeceased by: her parents, Adan Alvarez Ortiz and Ysidra Medrano; and her brothers, Henry, Ernest and Hector.
She is survived by: her significant other Jesse Ugalde; her close friend Jesse Ugalde; her siblings, Patricio, Greg, Ray, Nelda, Mary and Corina; her son George Michael Castro; her grandchildren, Jazmin, Jessica and Isabella Castro; her great grandchildren, Jalen and Jazelle Alexander; and her friends, Maria Rodriguez, Dora Ruiz and Sylvia Trevino. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
