Truman Sipes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Truman Sipes of Ventura, California, born in Yuma, Arizona, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Sipes and Lavenia Sipes (Mary); his daughter Glenda; his sister Myrna; his brother-in-law Ray; his stepson John; and his brother Terry.

He is survived by: his former wife Rosemary; his wife Mary Webster Gruell; his sons, Michael Sipes (Natividad) and Marc Sipes (Kate); his stepson Ron Gruell (Sharon); and his sister Beverly Shoemate. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Glenn's memory may be made to the Children's Miracle Network c/o Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
