We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2021, at the age of 71, Robert S. Gonzales (Ventura, California), born in Santa Paula, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Gonzales and Helen Gonzales; his grandparents, Miguel and Juanita Soto; his brother Ronald Gonzales; and his brother-in-law Richard J. Mendez Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Gonzales, Brian Smith (Sharon), Michele McMahan and Steven Gonzales (Charlene); his siblings, Cha Cha Gonzales Mendez and Rick Gonzales (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Bailey Van Buren, Brittaney Van Buren, Brooklyn Gonzales, Ceanna Newton, Deandre Lewis, Gavin Smith, Kinleigh Gonzales and Olivia Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on behalf of Robert S. Gonzales to Santa Paula Police Officer's Association—either to the Explorer's Program or Cruise Night—and to the Santa Paula Education Foundation for the Bob Gonzales Aspiring Police Chief Scholarship.
