We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2022, at the age of 83, Neil Lowe (Ventura, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Lowe and Edythe Lowe; and his brother Leon. He is survived by: his wife Carlene McKeown; his son Mark (Wendy); his daughters-in-law, Marie, Brenda (Dave) and Marty (Mary); and his siblings, Alice Bickle, Jo Carol DeBoard (Joe) and Keith Lowe (Ginny). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
