He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Emerson Dischinger and Beverly Ann Cubel; his wife Linnea; his stepchildren, Shannon Byrne (Beery) of Cookeville, TN and Daniel Byrne of Santa Rosa, CA.; his sister Wendy Myles of Oregon; and his uncle David Cubel of Indiana. He was also cherished by his wife, his children and grandchildren.
Todd leaves behind a distinguished legacy for his contributions to law enforcement state-wide over his forty-seven-year career during which time he became well known for state-of-the-art teaching in his field.
