We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 65, Kathleen Silva (Vacaville, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Daniel Shannon and Linda Shannon; her husband Eduardo V. Silva; her children, Michael Silva and Sabrina Silva; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Kennedy, Jovanni and Benjamin.
