He is survived by: his wife Surjit; his children, Aman Preet (Rajeev) and Agan Deep (Raakhee); his grandchildren, Athena, Satya, Jahan and Sajan; and his siblings, Upkar Kaur Sandhu, Sharanjeet Kaur and Tej Bahadur Singh.
