He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Maxine Ford; his daughter Judy Ford Hahn; and his siblings, Mary Simpson, Jean Gourno and Arnold Ford.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Ford Eland and Terry Ford (Esperanza); his sister Virginia Nunes; and his grandchildren, Ron Eland, Nick Ford, Scott Eland (Misty), Heather Green (Gary) and Jake Ford (Liz).
