He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kathleen Persky, Christine Werra, Mike and Richard Werra. He is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice of Ukiah , 620 So. Dora Street, Ukiah, CA, would be appreciated.
