With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lona M. Saunders (Ukiah, California), who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Wipf and Madeline Wipf; her husband John Sr.; her brother Kenneth Wipf; and her stepsons, Craig, Brent and John, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Brian, Kevin and Leanne Saunders; her stepdaughter Sandra Mike; and her stepdaughter-in-law Janeen Saunders. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made to the Grace Hudson Museum, Historical Society of Mendocino County or a favorite charity.
