She was predeceased by: her parents, Eber Breeden and Eula Breeden; her husband Jerry Cook; and her sisters, Elva, Doris, Darlene and Glennis Mae.

She is survived by: her children, Tom Cook (Lori Vieu), Dan Cook (Teri), Lindy Marshall (Mark) and Jill Rydell (Harvey). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grand children and many nieces and nephews.
