He was predeceased by: his uncles, Tony Millward, Jody Millward and Kent McGregor; and his aunt Martha Robertson. He is survived by: his close friend Jill Elise Henrie; his sons, Ethan and Sam; his wife Jill; his child Eowyn; his parents, Jim and LaRee; his brothers, William (Holly), Joseph (Kamie), Steven (Misti), Gary (Rebecca) and Wayne (Shannon); his parents-in-law, Patrick and Jo Ann Henrie; and his sisters-in-law, Amanda Grace, Jeni Henrie (Tim Olson) and Sara Bogner (Ben). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
