She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Newton Smart and Pearl Edith Smart (Leach); her siblings, Louise, Vivian and Bill; her spouse Billie Ruminer (Cochran); her former husband Ben G Cochran; her son-in-law Larry Van Fossen; her daughters, Sharon Gimlin (Jerry) and Debbie Van Fossen; her grandsons, Brian Gimlin and Brett Gimlin (Heather); her great grandchildren, Avery and Ryan Gimlin; her sister Jackie Campbell; and also Ben G Cochran.
