He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sardar Phuman Singh Sohi and Sardarni Chand Kaur Sohi; his spouse Balwinder Kaur Sohi of Gujjarwal, Punjab.; his son Mandeep Singh Sohi; his daughter-in-law Manjeet Kaur Sohi; his daughter Ramnish Kaur Grewal; his son-in-law Jagtar Singh Grewal; his grandchildren, Justin, Shereen, Jasmine, Jaspreet, Karan, Ravinder, Aran and Riya; and his great grandchild Zoraya Kaur Sohi. He was also cherished by the youngest of four brothers and one sister.
