He is survived by: his spouses, Mary Allen and Ginger; his sons, Jim Scafide and John Scafide (Linda); his brothers, Tony Scafide (Connie) and George Scafide; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Scott, Brad, Janine and Chris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and brother-in-law.
