She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Rodriguez. She is survived by: her mother Jessie Rodriguez; her husband David G. Herren, Sr.; her children, Lori Moody (Tommy) and David G. Herren, Jr.; her sisters, Isabel Williams and Anna Canales (Ramiro); her grandsons, Travis Moody, Wyatt Moody (Shelby) and Canyon Herren; and her great grandchild Payden Moody.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosie's name to Hoffmann Hospice or the ALS Foundation (Golden West Chapter).
