He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anita G. Alva; his parents, Anselmo Alva and Alexandria Alva; and his sisters, Frances Sandoval (Kika) and Nellie A. Cordova. He was also cherished by several sons, daughters, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
