She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. Maykulsky of Endwell, NY; her former husband Raymond W. Mahony of Fountain Valley, CA; her sons, Joseph and John; her parents, Cyrill Kotek and Rose Kotek; and her siblings, Lena Carroll, Anne Ziemba, Cyril, Stanley and Bert Kodey.
She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Neylan; her grandchildren, Lisa, Mike Follis, Kelley, Brett Smith, Kristen and Scott Dowling; her great grandchildren, Jake, Brooke Follis, Paige, Cole Smith, Ella, Jackson and Olivia Dowling; her brother Joseph; her sister-in-law Betty Kodey; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Maykulsky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
