He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nga Thi Pham; his grandparent Day; his parents, Thien Duc and Dao Thi; his siblings, Hao Duc (Mau), Chinh Minh (Muoi) and Ba Thi; his daughter Thuy Thanh (Loan); his friends, Diane Erbacher and Christine Ostrowski; his brother Van Minh (Nga); his children, Thao (Andy), Bich (Jesus), Anh (Thuy), Long, Linh, Khang (Rebecca) and Quoc (Czareanah); and his grandchildren, Perry, Sean, Megan, Kelly (Marco), Christopher, Hannah, Darren, Eden, Elizabeth, Colin, Tyler, Tobey and Thomas.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services in remembrance of Khac's life will be held privately with family only on Monday, March 15, 2021 at St. Thomas of Canterbury, 1522 McCoy Ave, San Jose.
