He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariner Jesse Bowcutt and Louisa Belle (Reynolds); his former wife Frederica Judy (Irvin); and his daughter Gina. He is survived by: his children, Frederica, Tamara, Anne and DJ; his siblings-in-law, Betty and Wayne Wenger; his wife Linda; and also Rotarians.
