He was predeceased by: his father Benny; his brother Ben Jr Martinez; and his grandfather Angel Duran. He is survived by: his mother Anna Duran; his brother Richard Vera (Carmen); his niece Angela Delgado (Andrew); his nephew Daniel Vera; his daughter Reina; his sister Debbie Martinez (Robert); and also, Charlotte Marie, Avila Montano and Fiance Christina Montano.
