“I was 20, in the AF. My Assembly of God Pastor said, "You're a Baptist. The Baptist Church is one mile up & two blocks left." After church, I rode my bicycle to Florida City Baptist Church & met Pastor Fales closing up after services. I served under his ministry for many years. We became the best of friends. His ministry set a great foundation for my 20+ years as Pastor & his 50-year friendship is among the most valuable possessions of my life. God blessed me to know him; there are few like him.”
