She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Daab and Louisa Daab. She is survived by: her spouse David H. Burde of Simi Valley, CA; and her siblings, Patricia Gangl, Dolores Laux, Diane Boucher and Ralph Daab. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made in her name to The Nature Conservacy or The African Violet Society of America.
