He is survived by: his spouse Carrie Bartlett; his children, Peggy Juber (Randy), Tami Roma, Cheryl Moore and Kalem Bates (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Justin, Christopher George, Dusty Magallon, Skylar and Ryelie Bates. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
