He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Charles Winchell and Helen Marie Winchell; and his sister Eileen Helen Winchell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce Winchell of San Ardo; his daughters, Eileen Marie Barnhill of Chewelah and Mitzi Marie VanVoorhis of Spokane; his sister Marilyn Starks of Riverton; and his grandchildren, Kolten Reed Harris of Bellingham, Bryce McNiel Harris of Chewelah, Holly Marie VanVoorhis and Jack Cyril VanVoorhis of Spokane.
