He is survived by: his wife Betty Allen Couey; his daughter Brenee Stephens Renfrow (Randy Renfrow); his grandsons, Cameron Stephens (Nicole Ringstmeyer Stephens) and Chad Stephens; and his great grandchild Ella Opal Stephens.
