He was predeceased by: his parents, George Crosby and Nadine Crosby (Potter). He is survived by: his former wife Lisa; his significant other Elaine Hartman; his wife Cincha Crosby; his children, Kristen Schneider (Ryan), George Crosby, Elise Hess (Matt), Marissa Slater (Ryan), Laura Glaves (Adam) and Michelle Crosby; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Dylan, Riley, Colby Schneider, Scott Slater, Jake and Avila Hess.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Ward Missionary Fund of the Church or Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or a charity of choice.
