He was predeceased by: his former wife Ofelia Razo Laurel; his parents, Carmen Laurel and Lucia Serratos; and his brothers, David Laurel and Carlos Laurel.
He is survived by: his wife Ana Laurel; his children, Lucy Gonzales (Ben), Martha Franco (Jose), Robert Laurel (Marie), Jesse Laurel and Mark Laurel; and his siblings, Hector Laurel of Nipomo, CA, Maria Del Carmen Laurel and Carmelo Laurel. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
