He is survived by: his children, Loyd Lewis of Knoxville, TN, Troy Lewis of San Jose, CA, Ryan Lewis of Santa Cruz, CA and Serena Lewis Rapp of Monterey, CA.; his former spouse Lonna Lewis Blodgett of Soquel, CA; his brother Mel Mouser of Grass Valley, CA; and his grandchildren, Lily Mae Lewis, John Robert Rapp and Fiona Mae Rapp. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
