We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2022, at the age of 78, Jan Phister (Santa Cruz, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Eric Collins; her husband Rick; her children, Scott Phister, Eric Phister (Maria Phister) and Jenny Collins (Eric Collins); her siblings, Dolores Swanson (Tom), Elena Carmon (Jim), Fran Borchin, Linda Shafer (Don) and Ted Ruiz; and her grandchildren, Max Collins, Gracie Collins, Ava Giordano and Jake Giordano. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
