He was predeceased by: his wife Kristen. He is survived by: his brother Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Lynne McNutt of Temperance, MI, Dr. J. Caleb and Kathryn Wallwork of Brentwood, TN. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
