He is survived by: his siblings, Martha McCrate (Bohlmann) of St. Louis, Ann McCrate of Dayton and Tom McCrate (Marilyn) of Dayton, Ohio.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
