It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Elaine Wightman Grimmesey (Santa Barbara, California), born in Santa Monica, California, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wightman and Elva Wightman. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Grimmesey (Edwin Feliciano) and Robert Grimmesey; her siblings, Connie Buxton (Nigel) and Robert Wightman (Connie); her grandchildren, Amanda Olivo (Alvaro), James, Tre, Anna and Taylor; and her pet Pal. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, VNA Health/Hospice Santa Barbara or the Santa Barbara Humane Society.
