It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie May Sattley (San Ramon, California), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on February 21, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Newberry (Howard) and Albert Lionel Newberry; and her siblings, Jack Newberry and Patricia Coon. She is survived by: her son Richard L. Sattley of Decatur; and her grandsons, Ethan of San Ramon, CA. and Wyatt of San Ramon, CA..
