With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willa Duggan (San Rafael, California), born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on November 4, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Paula Duggan Metzger; her siblings-in-law, Molly Duggan Dowd, Gilmore Dowd M. D., Peg Duggan and Bob Shiner; her close friends, Linda Baldwin and Ellen Root; and her nieces and nephews, Gilmore Dowd III, John, Kathleen Belzer (Dowd), Kevin Dowd, Rick, Kristen Addicks (Dowd), Benjamin Chambers, Karin Kaufman, Luke and Erika Chambers. She was also cherished by her fifteen grand nieces and nephews; and a number of close cousins.
